Thursday hurtday

Traps are hurting today, seems the shrugs are working.
I'm at a stage where it's not only me that's noticing the change in my body.
A couple of people in work have commented also :)

Squeezed in an epic home workout tonight:


Tricep overhead press 10kg 20reps x8
Dubbell curl 10kg 20reps x8
Extended dumbbell shrug 10kg 10reps x8

Double-workout tonight to make up for no workout tomorrow.
