Wednesday workout 3

Only managed to 2 meals today due to manic workloads.

Just got Lego Batman 2 for the xbox so squeezed in a quick dumbbell workout.

Tricep overhead press 10kg 20reps x4
Dubbell curl 10kg 20reps x4
Extended dumbbell shrug 10kg 10reps x4
